Extension of time (EOT) for YA 2019 for Malaysian individuals and Companies

Following the announcement of Movement Control Order all government and private premises except those involved in essential services (eg. financial, electricity, public health etc.) shall be closed for 14 days.
Kindly also take note on the extension of tax filing due date by the Malaysian tax authority (Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN)) for year of assessment (YA) 2019 which will be filed in Year 2020.
In summary:
Companies (Form e-C – Dec year end): 1 month grace period (i.e. by 31 Aug 2020);
Employer (Form e-E): 2 months grace period (i.e. by 31 May 2020);
Individual (Form e-BE): 2 months grace period (i.e. by 30 June 2020); and
Individual (Form e-B): 2 months grace period (i.e. by 31 Aug 2020).
